Two good Welsh pottery slipware dishes, probably Buckley.
The mid-19th C. beef dish showing signs of considerable use, slightly warped in the firing with glaze crazing but good condition with no cracks or chips. 32 cm long. SOLD
The late 19th C. John dish of lighter colour and shallower form also has signs of use but again is in good condition with one minor chip to the rim. 31.5 cm long. E2.8 BTK £325
