Lidded tankard A coopered tankard in wonderful original faded salmon pink and blue with flower pattern stenciled design. Featuring a bentwood handle with locking mechanism on a lift-up lid with staved body bound by painted bentwood bands. In good original untouched condition. Swedish, mid 19th century. The height to the top of the handle is 27cm. From the handle to the front of the tankard is 26cm (front to back). The diameter of the bottom of the barrel (at its widest point) is 21.5cm.
