Large milk jug

An impressive large lidded tankard style milk jug in typical Swedish colours of rust red and forest green. Probably intended as a wedding gift bearing both partners initials and a date of 1884. In good overall condition with a discrete repair to the bent wood handle. Original paint. 35 cm high, base diameter 26 cm.
